## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support underwriting of potential investment opportunities.
- Prepare internal memoranda and materials for investment recommendations and stakeholder communication.
- Start and develop relationships with new and existing borrowers.
- Assess performance of existing investments, including collateral and operating company.
- Evaluate market conditions for existing and potential investments to support asset allocation decisions.
- Provide support in executing new investments and ad-hoc projects.

## Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in structured credit, private equity, or investment banking.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated analytical ability.
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Desire to learn, take on new challenges, and be highly self-motivated.

## Compensation
- $90,000 - $120,000 OTE, dependent on skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
