## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers, from kickoff through successful go-live
- Configure and customize the PatientNow platform to align with each customer's workflows and business needs
- Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure efficient and on-time implementations
- Deliver clear, engaging training sessions tailored to different user roles, learning styles, and levels of technical proficiency
- Guide customers through change management, helping them adopt new processes and workflows with confidence
- Identify risks to onboarding success early and proactively drive solutions
- Provide consultative recommendations to help customers optimize their use of the platform
- Communicate technical concepts in a user-friendly, professional manner
- Maintain accurate documentation of onboarding progress, configurations, and customer interactions
- Stay current on new features, product updates, and industry trends to continuously improve onboarding outcomes

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or training roles, preferably in SaaS
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly and effectively
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM, EMR, or practice management software preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, GuideCX, or similar systems is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage different personalities and learning styles
