## Job Description
## Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, brand guidelines, and B2B audience needs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of social media and influencer marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, including building AI-assisted workflows and conducting AI training.
- Oversee content strategy, creation, and distribution across all owned social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok), ensuring brand consistency and engagement, and grading AI-generated content.
- Design, launch, and manage end-to-end influencer programs that drive authentic advocacy and measurable results for B2B segments.
- Establish and evolve community management best practices.
- Partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, PR, and Sales teams to integrate efforts into broader campaigns.
- Define KPIs, analyze performance, provide insights, and leverage AI for campaign optimization.
- Ensure compliance with AI and data policies.
- Manage budgets, agency relationships, and social media tools/platforms.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, platforms, and AI advancements.

## Requirements

- 12+ years of overall marketing experience, with at least 7+ years specializing in social media and influencer marketing, and 3+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
- Proven track record of building and scaling social media and influencer programs for B2B brands.
- Deep expertise in developing content strategies for various social platforms.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with social media management platforms, analytics tools, and influencer marketing platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Proven track record of AI fluency at Innovator or Amplifier level, including defining AI strategy, guiding AI for content, and establishing quality assurance.
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
- Skilled collaborator with cross-functional experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- BA/BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree a strong plus.

## Compensation

- Targeted at $169,000 - $200,000/yr in Denver, Phoenix, and Atlanta.
- $200,000 - $240,000/yr for San Francisco & New York.
- Final offers determined by experience, expertise, and location. Includes benefits and equity (RSUs).
