## Job Description
## Responsibilities

- **Brand & positioning**: Define how we’re perceived in the market, develop our voice, narrative, and visual identity standards
- **Content strategy**: Build a content engine that earns credibility within the healthcare space
- **Conference & events**: Own our presence at key industry events
- **Partnership marketing**: Develop co-marketing strategies with channel partners, health plan customers, and ecosystem players
- **Demand generation**: Build pipeline programs that map to a B2B healthcare sales cycle; work closely with the CEO and any future sales hires on outbound and inbound alignment
- **Marketing ops**: Stand up the tools, processes, and reporting that will scale with us

## Requirements

- 6–10 years of marketing experience, with strong roots in healthcare
- Experience working with health plans and payers
- Track record of owning marketing end-to-end at an early-stage B2B company, including conference and events experience
- Deep understanding of how health plans, TPAs, and payer organizations buy, and how to build marketing that aligns with those cycles
- High level of agency with a \"build fast, own it all\" mindset
