## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions including Sales, Implementations, Customer Success, and Marketing from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close, ensuring the candidate experience is thoughtful and intentional every step of the way
- Partner with GTM leaders to define role requirements, develop structured interview processes and feedback forms, and calibrate on what “great” looks like for each function
- Build and manage proactive candidate pipelines for competitive GTM roles through sourcing, referrals, and community engagement
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., **ChatGPT**, **Claude**, **LinkedIn Recruiter AI**) to draft and iterate on outreach sequences, job descriptions, and candidate communications that reflect Vesta's brand voice
- Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience recruiting in **fintech**, **mortgage**, or **financial services**
- Familiarity with **Ashby**, **Greenhouse**, **Lever** or a comparable ATS
- Experience at a **Series A–C startup**

## Compensation
- Cash compensation targeted at **$125,000–$170,000**
