## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Work directly with GTM leadership on hiring plans, quota setting, budgeting, and spend.
- Track key metrics: pipeline coverage, quota attainment, commissions, funnel health.
- Provide clear recommendations based on metrics.
- Inform pricing and packaging from a financial and analytical lens.

## Requirements
- Analytical but practical mindset.
- Experience in high-rigor analytical environment (consulting, banking, PE, etc.).
- Meaningful time at a startup, ideally in B2B software or AI.
- Familiarity with GTM metrics and close collaboration with sales/GTM teams on pricing and deal desk.
- Comfortable using AI tools for real work.
- 4-8 years of total experience.
