Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all channel, referral, and strategic partner relationships.
- Build and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives pipeline and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication, enablement, and relationship management.
- Develop joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling strategies, events, and partner campaigns.
- Identify, onboard, and grow new channel partners aligned with company growth goals.
- Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
- Create scalable partnership processes, reporting systems, and operating cadences.
- Gather market insights and identify new strategic partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales roles.
- Proven track record of sourcing, managing, and growing revenue-generating partnerships in healthcare, SaaS, digital health, or high-growth startup environments.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience owning or contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth targets.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Healthcare or digital health experience strongly preferred.
