Growth Marketing Lead
Build and own the demand generation function from scratch at Agentio, driving B2B pipeline through ABM, paid channels, inbound, and tight Sales partnership. Requires 6+ years building demand gen programs with strong marketing ops and attribution skills.
What You’ll Do
Demand Generation & Pipeline
- Build the demand engine from scratch: ABM strategy, paid LinkedIn, Search, B2B influencer strategy, and a scalable inbound/outbound assist motion aligned to the product narrative and ICP.
- Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number - set targets, track performance, and report with clarity and confidence.
- Run fast experiments across paid and organic channels; set up attribution and KPI cadences, and iterate based on data.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Create and operate marketing performance reporting tied to customer journey KPIs: conversion rates, win-rate context, deal cycle, and retention signals.
- Own the full marketing ops stack: dashboards, funnel architecture, tooling selection, and CRM/MAP hygiene.
- Ensure every program is instrumented, measurable, and connected to revenue.
Sales Partnership
- Partner tightly with Sales on prospecting and account lists, vertical targeting, and personalized “zero moment of truth” touches that accelerate deals.
- Align marketing air cover to outbound effort - make every Sales conversation easier by ensuring prospects already know who Agentio is and why it matters.
- Treat pipeline as a shared number, not a marketing-only metric.
What You Need
- B2B growth and ABM operator who can build from zero: You’ve stood up a demand gen program - not just optimized an existing one including ABM strategy, paid social, inbound infrastructure, and reporting.
- Fast experimentation and attribution rigor: Hands-on experience running LinkedIn and paid social campaigns with rigorous measurement, fast iteration, and clear attribution and KPI cadences.
- Strong marketing ops instincts: CRM hygiene, MAP setup, funnel architecture, dashboard design, and tooling selection - you know how to build the infrastructure that makes demand gen scalable.
- Collaborative with Sales by default: You see pipeline as a shared outcome and know how to build the relationship to match - prospecting lists, vertical targeting, and coordinated outreach are second nature.
- 6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, with a track record of building pipeline programs.
- Exceptional ability to learn quickly, pivot effectively, and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
- A deep obsession with using AI tools and LLMs to gain 10x leverage and automate previously-manual tasks.
