## Job Description
## What You'll Do
- Plan and execute growth experiments across channels (SEO/AEO, paid ads, events, partnerships)
- Create and manage content that drives awareness and pipeline — including blog posts, case studies, webinars, email campaigns, social media, and sales enablement materials
- Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with enterprise buyers
- Support lead generation and pipeline growth in partnership with the CEO and account executives
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate quickly based on results
- Help launch new features, products, and announcements
- Build playbooks and processes to scale successful growth channels

## What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and content marketing
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
- Comfort working with data, metrics, and experimentation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

## Nice To Have
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS or technical products
- Experience at an early-stage startup
