Growth Manager I/II (Account Manager), Boston
Growth Manager responsible for acquiring new parking supply from major partners, optimizing existing locations, and driving revenue through relationship building, client consultation, and upselling. Acts as a strategic advisor and mentor to junior sales roles.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize SpotHero's parking supply across multiple major markets
- Balance partner needs with SpotHero offerings to develop optimal solutions for all stakeholders
- Lead prospective and existing clients to SpotHero's product offerings through tailored commercial insights and a consultative approach
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with Field Operations functions to communicate regularly with existing partners to ensure operations run smoothly
- Onboard and train new clients; empower clients to manage day-to-day requests (rates, refunds) via SpotHero’s account management tools
- Nurture long-term industry relationships and build trust with clients
- Establish regular communication cadences with clients (informal check-ins and formal business reviews, quarterly or based on account needs)
- Host or travel to client meetings, events, and social gatherings; attend industry conferences and tradeshows
- Represent SpotHero and build brand awareness; stay current on industry trends; identify and research prospective leads
- Secure and safeguard data integrity and access levels
- Work with Region Managers to develop junior team members; serve as a team leader
- Work cross-functionally to improve internal processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in sales and/or account management
- Proven consultative sales solution skills with the ability to understand client needs
- Strong networking skills with the ability to travel and meet with clients in person locally
