## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead deployments: Architect and execute technical integrations for new healthcare partners, customizing platform to fit unique workflows and legacy systems.
- Build data pipelines to securely ingest clinical data and synchronize with AI services.
- Configure and optimize voice and messaging channels for reliable patient engagement across telephony networks.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate partner needs into technical execution.

## Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience shipping production-grade software in modern cloud environments, comfortable across APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Experience handling sensitive data with security-first mindset and familiarity with compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts and translate ambiguous needs.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Deep experience with data ingestion, API interoperability, and third-party integrations.
- Practical experience or interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) in production.

## Compensation
**Range:** $116,450 - $135,150
