## Job Description
## Responsibilities

- Work directly with customers to identify pain points and prioritize features
- Collaborate with design team using Figma to build and ship features end-to-end daily
- Handle customer support to deeply understand user needs
- Own customer experience (CX), making it flawless and unique
- Co-own product roadmap with CEO/Founder
- Build customer feedback and analysis processes for prioritization

## Requirements

- Strong experience with **React** (entire frontend built in React)
- Strong experience with **Figma** for design collaboration
- Customer obsession, especially with finance professionals
- Very strong attention to detail (working with numbers)
- Strong organization skills for managing feature requests

## Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with large volumes of transaction data
- Experience with **Python** and **Django** (backend and data pipelines)
- Experience using **PostHog** and **Sentry**
