## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals.
- Build relationships with top-tier clients including law firms, General Counsels, and enterprise leaders.
- Deliver impactful demos, identify use cases, and create commercial proposals.
- Shape GTM motion by providing market insights to product and engineering.
- Become a thought leader on AI, compliance, and innovation.

## Requirements
- 3+ years enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales with track record of closing complex deals.
- Experience selling into professional services (legal, finance, consulting) or compliance sectors.
- GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) familiarity (strong plus).
- Executive communication skills for C-level and technical audiences.
- Builder mindset to create sales processes from scratch.
- Adaptable in high-autonomy, ambiguous environments.

## Compensation
- Salary: $100K–$200K OTE
- Equity: 0.3–1%
