## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their hardest problems and build solutions.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects within small teams.
- Whiteboard architecture, build data pipelines and operational workflows, deploy AI agents, advise executives, and drive strategy.

## Requirements
- Strong engineering background (Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics preferred).
- Strong coder proficient in **Python**, **Java**, **C++**, **TypeScript/JavaScript**, or similar.
- Familiarity with **AI agents**, data structures, storage systems, **cloud infrastructure**, **front-end frameworks**.
- Experience with healthcare, logistics, aviation, or readiness analysis a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with technical/non-technical teams in rapidly changing environments.
- Work independently, make decisions with minimal supervision, continuously learn.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- **Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance** (or willingness to obtain/upgrade).
