Forward Deployed Engineer, Integrations
Forward Deployed Engineer collaborates with customers to build custom data integrations for Rilla's AI sales coaching platform, owning end-to-end projects involving large-scale data and full-stack development. Requires strong coding in JS/Python/etc., cloud skills, and up to 50% travel.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand problems and design/implement data integrations with Rilla's conversational intelligence.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects, including discussing data models, wrangling large-scale data, hacking integrations/full-stack features.
- Extend Rilla’s footprint into new markets and problem spaces.
- Travel up to 50% to client sites.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills in Javascript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar.
- Familiarity with storage/data processing systems, cloud infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills, ability to iterate quickly with feedback.

Compensation
- Salary: $170,000 - $300,000/year
