## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead deployments of agents and backend systems in live customer environments, delivering reliable, secure, and fast integrations.
- Translate client insights into product improvements and new features, influencing the roadmap.
- Collaborate deeply with clients to identify pain points, propose solutions, and deliver measurable value.
- Travel to meet customers across the U.S. for implementations, feedback sessions, and training.

## Requirements
- 1+ years building real products in production, shipping code, and working with messy APIs.
- Fluent in **TypeScript/JavaScript** (React or Next.js for UIs) and comfortable with **Python** for integrations.
- Deeply empathetic, low-ego, independent process builder.
- Adventurous, comfortable with travel and the unknown.

## Compensation
- Salary: $170K–$250K
- Equity: 0.3–1%
