## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers from onboarding through ongoing use of HappyRobot's AI platform.
- Ensure customers maximize value of AI solutions.
- Build new features or entire MVPs.
- Manage APIs and tools for integration with third-party systems.
- LLM prompting and tuning of voices and transcribers.
- Constant iteration to perfect use cases.

## Requirements
- Comfortable full-stack: **React**, **TypeScript**, **Node.js**.
- Strong proficiency in **Python** with hands-on experience.
- Experience building **AI/ML** applications.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Founder mindset: hard work, independence, ownership.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with robust third-party system integrations.
