## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate Nominal technology into customers’ high-stakes operational environments.
- Tailor deployments to unique customer requirements and environments.
- Build deep customer relationships and partnerships while expanding Nominal’s presence and impact.
- Act as an account manager and product expert for customers.
- Train users and provide frontline product support.
- Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve operational and technical issues quickly.
- Bridge customer needs and Nominal’s product and engineering teams.
- Lead technical projects from planning through deployment.
- Travel up to 50%.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in hardware engineering and/or data engineering.
- Experience with environments such as propulsion test stands, satellite mission operations, or flight testing, or experience constructing data models and helping users turn data into decisions.
- Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical and physics intuition.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence technical projects.
- Leadership, collaboration, humility, empathy, and eagerness to learn.
- Experience turning technical concepts into reality and managing projects through deployment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.

## Nice-to-haves
- Active or eligible-to-obtain UK SC/DV security clearance or equivalent.
- Experience as an operator, customer success leader, and/or technical program manager.
- Familiarity with Influx, Grafana, Spark, Polars, Arrow, Kafka, Beam, or Flink.
- Proficiency with hardware engineering tools including DAQs, DDS, Nix, RTOS, MCAP, H5, TDMS, LabVIEW, Simulink, or WinPlot.
