## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own EMEA marketing end-to-end, including brand presence, demand generation, partner marketing, events, and customer case studies.
- Adapt global marketing programs and build local initiatives where needed.
- Partner with EMEA sales and account teams to align marketing activity with pipeline priorities and target accounts.
- Own vertical account-based marketing (ABM) strategy and run targeted, customer-outcome-focused campaigns.
- Localize positioning and messaging for the EMEA market in partnership with product marketing.
- Lead the EMEA events strategy, including owned events and third-party sponsorships.
- Build and manage the EMEA partner marketing motion with resellers, systems integrators, global systems integrators, and platform partners.
- Develop joint go-to-market programs, including co-branded campaigns, partner-led events, solution briefs, and field enablement.
- Track and report regional pipeline contribution and marketing performance.

## Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B go-to-market, including meaningful EMEA marketing experience.
- Fluent in English and able to operate credibly across different cultures and market nuances.
- Experience across demand generation, field marketing, partner marketing, and events.
- Experience building and executing partner marketing programs with resellers, systems integrators, global systems integrators, and platform alliances.
- Strong operational skills and the ability to build in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical products, including AI and developer tools, into messaging for enterprise buyers and technical audiences.
- Collaborative, low-ego working style.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in developer tools, AI/ML, or engineering productivity platforms.
- Experience at a company combining services and products, such as one with forward-deployed engineers, professional services, or solutions engineering.
- Existing relationships with key EMEA systems integrators and resellers.
