## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Set the direction for Instagram: pitch new content formats, series, and channels.
- Source and evaluate video content, and decide which clients and events to spotlight.
- Brief the design team with strong creative direction, from concept through final cut.
- Manage day-to-day publishing across Instagram and LinkedIn: content calendar, scheduling, and caption copy.
- Attend Tixr-powered events to capture original photo, video, and interview content.
- Help research, outline, and support blog posts.
- Support the monthly newsletter, from content ideas to asset coordination.
- Support sponsorship activations: design requests, asset tracking, client coordination.

## Requirements
- Student or recent grad who's organized, detail oriented, and genuinely excited about marketing as a craft.
- Genuinely online: active personal Instagram, natural feel for what performs and why.
- Full of opinions on content, trends, and formats; comfortable pitching them.
- Genuinely into live events, whether that's music, sports, or culture.
- Strong writer who can help with blog ideas, newsletter content, and other marketing copy.
- Comfortable holding a few workstreams at once.
- Fluent in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) or excited to learn.
- Comfortable capturing content in the field: photos, video, quick interviews at live events.
- Based in LA, able to work on-site part time.
