## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and own the AWS hosting, deployment, and infrastructure-as-code layer for internal AI agents and tools using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Cognito, and CDK or Terraform.
- Design and build accountability, agent, tool, and application registries and catalogs for agentic governance.
- Implement identity inheritance and authorization patterns using Cognito, IAM, scoped tokens, and least-privilege design.
- Create templates, SDK helpers, deployment paths, observability, and cost-tracking capabilities for internal agent builders.
- Partner with Compliance and IT on security scans, audits, MCP governance hooks, and DLP signals.
- Evangelize the platform through documentation, presentations, demos, lunch-and-learns, and office hours.
- Use AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering workflows.

## Requirements
- Deep AWS expertise, including Bedrock, Cognito, IAM, EventBridge, Lambda, DynamoDB or Postgres, and infrastructure as code with CDK or Terraform.
- Experience architecting multi-tenant AWS platforms.
- Strong identity and authorization knowledge, including OAuth 2.1, scoped tokens, role inheritance, and least-privilege design.
- Product-oriented approach to developer experience, SDKs, and registry schemas.
- Production experience shipping LLM-backed systems, with understanding of token cost, latency, evaluation, observability, and determinism.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol or comparable agent-tool patterns and their security boundaries.
- Ability to write Python, TypeScript, or Go fluently.
- Excellent communication skills with engineers, executives, and customers.
- Judgment to apply AI thoughtfully and responsibly.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with AgentCore, SageMaker, or Workshop Studio.
- Experience shipping MCP servers.
- Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or other agentic coding tools.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: **$152,000–$283,000 USD**.
