## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### All-Company Communication
- Own the content strategy, agenda, and speaker preparation for all-company forums, including biweekly All Hands, quarterly OKR updates, annual company offsites, and ad hoc forums.
- Partner with executive leadership and external PR on company-wide change management, aligning internal and external messaging.
- Establish communication plans based on the scale, complexity, and sensitivity of change.
- Coordinate communications across the organization, ensuring visibility into upcoming initiatives, thoughtful sequencing, and resolution of communication issues.
- Manage a comprehensive communications calendar.
- Create resources that help employees communicate clearly and effectively in alignment with the company’s brand voice.

### All-Clinical Communication
- Embed with the clinical team to understand its audiences, experiences, roadmap, challenges, and goals.
- Partner with clinical leaders and operational dyads early in initiative planning so communication is incorporated from the outset.
- Improve initiative sequencing and communication to maintain a manageable cognitive load for clinical teams.
- Manage the clinical communications calendar and develop guidelines for selecting appropriate audiences and channels.
- Serve as an editorial thought partner to clinical and operational leaders, advising on framing, tone, content, forums, and stakeholder processes.
- Draft key communications using context gathered through participation in clinical forums.
- Evaluate existing communication rhythms, identify gaps, gather feedback, and improve the clinical team’s communication experience.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, strategic operations, or executive communications; healthcare or clinical experience is preferred.
- Clear and direct verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for plain language over corporate jargon.
- Strong editorial judgment and confidence challenging senior leaders when messages are unclear or buried.
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to write for diverse audiences in a fast-paced professional setting.
- Systems-thinking skills, including the ability to turn concrete tasks into templates, frameworks, and communication principles.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with experience managing calendars and multi-channel rollouts.

- Base salary range: **$140,000-$160,000**.
