## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Implement onboarding flows, A/B experiments, and upgrade funnels to improve conversion and retention.
- Partner cross-functionally with product and design.
- Contribute to growth infrastructure, including attribution systems and experimentation frameworks.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building customer-facing products at a high-quality software company.
- Strong React, TypeScript, and web fundamentals.
- Track record of delivering complex, end-to-end features.
- Strong product and UX sensibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
