## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and animate campaign visuals, social content, product marketing assets, CRM materials, and partner and event collateral.
- Deliver on-brand assets quickly and precisely from brief to final execution.
- Partner with Brand, Social, Product Marketing, Events, and other stakeholders to translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling designs.
- Help evolve the PrizePicks design system with the Art Director, Brand.
- Maintain brand guideline consistency across touchpoints.
- Build reusable templates and components to improve team efficiency.
- Research current design, motion, and social trends and bring a strong point of view on sports and culture.

## Requirements
- 4–6+ years of design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating range across brand, social, and campaign work.
- Mandatory motion design experience.
- Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong composition, layout, typography, and color skills.
- Experience working within or helping develop design systems.
- Proven success in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Ability to work independently with incomplete briefs and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative directors.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Interest or experience in sports or esports design.
- Experience with digital, social, product marketing, and CRM design.
- Comfort presenting and defending creative decisions to stakeholders.
