> Design and implement Pigment planning applications for customers, translating business requirements and unstructured data into multidimensional models. The role also leads integrations, migrations, testing, deployment, and customer enablement while coordinating with product teams.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work with customers to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multidimensional models.
- Understand and document business requirements.
- Design and build corresponding Pigment applications.
- Train and co-build with customers so they become self-sufficient.
- Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment.
- Integrate source software and develop migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
- Connect customer stakeholders with the product team to improve the planning platform.
- Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve methodologies and processes.

## Requirements
- Build complex systems and explain them clearly so they are simple to use and maintain.
- Structure and validate high volumes of unstructured data.
- Learn new domains and adapt to diverse customer use cases and businesses.
- Build trusted relationships with empathy and dedication.
- Think strategically and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
- Manage multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
- Fluent English; French or additional European languages are advantageous.
