## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demos, pricing, negotiation, contracting, and close.
- Build relationships with physical therapy, orthopedic, and adjacent specialty healthcare organizations and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies, generate pipeline, open new accounts, and establish the company as a trusted technology partner in the PT market.
- Sell AI-powered communication solutions addressing patient engagement, referral management, billing, revenue cycle management, and workflow automation.
- Connect customer challenges to measurable operational and financial outcomes, including reduced administrative workload, improved patient access, and increased revenue.
- Expand initial pilots or use cases into broader organizational adoption.
- Partner with Sales, Leadership, Product, and Operations to develop a repeatable PT sales motion and playbook.
- Share customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to improve messaging and positioning.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting while working toward revenue goals.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing new business.
- Strong knowledge of the physical therapy market, including its organizations, stakeholders, and buying dynamics.
- Existing relationships or a strong network within physical therapy, orthopedics, or adjacent specialty healthcare markets.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship-building.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Experience selling to mid-market organizations; enterprise experience is a plus.
- Strong consultative discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High ownership, self-direction, and comfort working in an early-stage startup.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling technology, software, healthcare technology, EMR, RCM, billing, patient engagement, or workflow solutions to PT organizations.
- Background as a physical therapist or other clinical professional who transitioned into sales.
- Experience selling to orthopedic, chiropractic, occupational therapy, or other specialty healthcare organizations.
- Experience with RCM, billing, referral management, or patient engagement solutions.
- Experience selling to multi-location or enterprise PT groups.
- Experience selling AI, automation, or workflow software.

## Compensation
- On-target earnings: $250,000–$300,000, uncapped.
- Base salary: $100,000–$150,000.
- Equity included.
