## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- **Executive Engagement:** Act as a peer to CTOs and VP-level engineering leaders to navigate the evolving AI landscape.
- **Solution Direction:** Partner with Field Engineers to design enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies, framing problems without getting bogged down in hands-on implementation.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Act as the voice of the customer externally, feeding high-level insights and challenges back into internal product and go-to-market teams.
- **Technical Strategy:** Lead architectural conversations around evaluating the product at a systems level, tailoring narratives to different customer technology stacks.

## Requirements
- Prior experience as an engineering leader, principal architect, or platform leader in complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of modern engineering organization structures, developer productivity challenges, and AI/LLM tooling.
- Exceptional external-facing executive presence, with the ability to connect technical capabilities directly to business and organizational impact.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, flat, talent-dense startup environment.
