## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end product execution across discovery, delivery, and iteration for SaaS, API, payments, and infrastructure products.
- Engage weekly with front desk staff, providers, developers, and patients.
- Develop and prioritize roadmaps using first-principles thinking.
- Partner with Design and Engineering through tight, fast build cycles.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams on launches, adoption, and feedback loops.
- Define, track, and manage product metrics at the feature and platform levels.
- Design and drive end-to-end user experiences spanning backend architecture, delivery mechanisms, and user-interface layers.
- Improve product quality, simplify systems, launch MVPs quickly, clarify complex product areas, and elevate cross-functional execution.

## Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience as a full-stack product owner in SaaS or API businesses.
- Proven success operating at $100M–$500M+ scale and supporting complex go-to-market motions.
- Exceptional first-principles thinking and systems design abilities.
- Strong design thinking, with the ability to move between technical details and user experience.
- Deep ownership mentality and a bias for clarity, speed, and simplicity.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize rigorously, and deliver results quickly.
- Experience building API-first products for developer ecosystems is a plus.
