## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and execute a comprehensive territory plan to consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Lead executive-level transformation narratives that earn the right to participate in architecture discussions.
- Leverage partners as an extension of the sales team to co-sell, and drive regular forecast and pipeline cadences with top partners.
- Understand customer network architectures and Cloudflare solutions, translating them into successful platform sales that help clients secure and scale AI-driven workloads.
- Manage contract negotiations and structure platform-level commercial commitments, including multi-year, multi-product, outcome-anchored agreements.
- Stay engaged through onboarding, adoption, and the first renewal.
- Partner with Customer Engineers and Professional Services on deployment plans with milestones tied to measurable outcomes.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using internal tools, AI-assisted research, and pipeline sources such as BDR, channel, and marketing.
- Maintain high standards in pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience selling technology solutions in the BFSI sector.
- Experience selling technology solutions in the Financial Services Industry in Hong Kong.
- Demonstrated success consistently meeting and exceeding multi-million-dollar quota targets.
- Proficiency in discovery, positioning, competitive selling, negotiation, closing, and multi-threaded land-and-expand strategies.
- Strong understanding of computer networking, cloud security technology, and enterprise infrastructure adaptation to automated data workflows.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and value-selling skills.
- Proficiency with modern sales software, customer data environments, and core systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, and G Suite.
- Critical thinking, sound judgment under uncertainty, honest risk assessment, empathy, curiosity, and a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships.
- Willingness to actively engage with and experiment with AI tools.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Cultural fluency for assigned markets.
- Cantonese proficiency required for daily interaction with Hong Kong clients.
