## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build relationships with CIOs, IT executives, line-of-business executives, program managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive value-based growth within strategic enterprise accounts.
- Expand the Databricks footprint into new business units and use cases.
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Track customer details, use cases, purchase timelines, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Use a solution-based approach to sell and create customer value.
- Promote the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, including Apache Spark and Delta Lake.
- Help organizations democratize data insights through AI-powered business intelligence integrated with the Databricks Platform.
- Prioritize opportunities and leverage appropriate internal resources.
- Create and execute success plans internally and with customers.

## Requirements
- Proven success in an early-stage company with limited oversight.
- Field sales experience in AI/BI, big data, cloud, SaaS, and consumption-based selling.
- Existing relationships with CIOs, program managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into value-based business benefits.
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience exceeding quotas in large accounts.
- Bachelor's degree.

## Compensation
- Local pay range: $311,600–$428,450 USD.
- Total compensation may also include annual performance bonuses, equity, and benefits.
