## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Contribute to product strategy and decision-making.
- Deliver clear storytelling around customer needs and business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design peers.
- Create, collaborate on, and iterate through flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements.
- Mentor peers and provide thoughtful feedback.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a product designer.
- 3+ years of experience working on a software product with similar scale or complexity.
- Experience using node-based design tools or broader design and development tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and strategy through clear rationale and storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and visual craft, including composition, typography, and layout.

## Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Origami.
- Experience with advanced Figma features, including Auto Layout, Variables, and Components.
- Experience designing for developers or partnering closely with developers on complex problems.
- A design/development hybrid background or experience building websites or applications.
- Experience designing canvas-based interfaces or tools that support creative workflows.
