## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Independently lead large-scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch-readiness programs with Stripe-wide impact.
- Manage complex programs requiring substantial resources and complex functional and technical integration.
- Support commercial program deal motions with Deal Pricing and Deal Strategy Strategists, sellers, and internal stakeholders to create custom commercial approaches.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, services, support, product, and other teams to develop, launch, and scale commercialization programs.
- Identify systemic issues and gaps, and propose holistic solutions addressing root causes.
- Navigate complex programmatic problems across go-to-market functions and Stripe, proposing creative solutions.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Accounting, service teams, product teams, and others to resolve internal blockers.
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and exercises to improve leadership and organizational effectiveness.
- Advocate for positions and gain cross-functional alignment.
- Build credibility and trust with internal stakeholders.
- Lead projects addressing commercialization issues.

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, commercial strategy, economics, deal management, or pricing, including ownership of program strategy or business operations.
- 5+ years of direct commercial pricing-model program management, deal management, or oversight experience.
- Experience developing cross-team mechanisms end to end, from ideation and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch support.
- Experience working in ambiguous, rapidly scaling environments with high agency.
- Experience engaging senior executives on high-priority initiatives and working across internal and external organizations.
- Ability to understand and articulate business strategy at the C-suite level and advise organizations on achieving business goals through commercial programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to establish credibility and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in commercial constructs, including Legal, Finance, and Accounting.
- Experience presenting data and metrics to senior leadership.
- Strong ability to advocate for a position despite pushback.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Direct product launch oversight experience.
- Payments industry experience.
- MBA in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics.
- PgMP or PMP certification.
