## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain daily testing operations workflows, including the TNP process, QC requisitions queue, and Admin UI order-management queue.
- Monitor, triage, troubleshoot, and escalate operational issues, including member-results and clinician-notes inquiries via Intercom.
- Support data collection, analyze trends, and report metrics affecting member experience.
- Identify inefficiencies in results and requisition lifecycle workflows and drive continuous improvements for efficiency, consistency, and scale.
- Collaborate with clinical partnerships, operations, and product teams on new processes and operational needs.
- Manage Jr. Ops Associates and Ops Associates, ensuring workflow coverage.
- Maintain operational documentation and develop standard operating procedures.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of operations experience, including leading teams and scaling processes in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, logistics, or similarly regulated, process-driven fields.
- Ability to manage operational challenges, identify issues proactively, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn tools, systems, and workflows quickly.
- Clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to interpret data and recognize patterns.
- Strong organization, dependability, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Ownership mindset and ability to contribute to broader team goals.

## Nice-to-haves
- Education or experience in the health and medical space.
