## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Research and create outreach materials for high-value prospects in partnership with SDRs and Account Executives.
- Follow up with marketing-generated leads to qualify sales opportunities, move qualified leads through the funnel, connect them with salespeople, and arrange meetings.
- Execute outbound sales plays created by Marketing.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or by responding to marketing-generated inquiries.
- Develop relationships with prospects, uncover needs through effective questioning, qualify interest and viability, and prepare handoffs to Sales.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially become sales opportunities.
- Work through lead lists while meeting or exceeding service-level agreements.
- Consistently update activity and contact information in the CRM system and support weekly reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing and provide feedback to improve targeting and messaging.

## Requirements
- Track record of top performance or prior success.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter able to operate in a hyper-growth environment.
- In-office participation three days per week at a Stripe office.
