## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage inventory transactions across multiple projects, ensuring material requisitions and required procedures are completed before and after inventory movement.
- Reconcile WMS/ERP transactions with the physical movement of goods.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct monthly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize variances.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels for materials and finished products.
- Verify bills of materials for projects entering production to ensure all parts are present.
- Deliver parts to the production floor and issue parts to jobs according to specifications.
- Kit jobs for production, unbox parts, and group like materials on job carts.
- Pull sheet metal for CNC operators to improve production speed.
- Use the ERP system to accurately track materials.
- Assist with annual inventory planning and the management and disposal of surplus materials and scrap.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading trucks, cleaning, and lot pickup.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull materials.
- Ability to participate in a drug and alcohol program for a safety-sensitive position or facility.

## Nice to Have
- Forklift experience.
- Experience with an MRP system.
