> Build and lead Hike Medical’s recruiting function from the ground up, owning company-wide hiring across technical, commercial, operational, clinical, manufacturing, and leadership roles. The role partners directly with founders on hiring strategy, organizational design, sourcing, interview quality, and recruiting infrastructure.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own company-wide hiring across engineering, AI, product, GTM, operations, clinical, manufacturing, and leadership.
- Partner with founders on hiring priorities, organizational design, and hiring plans based on milestones.
- Lead executive and difficult searches.
- Build sourcing strategies and structured interview processes that prioritize signal.
- Build recruiting infrastructure, operations, training, and analytics.
- Improve offer acceptance and candidate experience while maintaining an exceptional talent bar.
- Make Hike a company exceptional people want to join.

## Requirements
- Experience building recruiting inside a fast-growing startup, ideally from Seed through Series B/C.
- Ability to source senior AI engineers, manufacturing leaders, and enterprise sales executives.
- Operator mindset with strong recruiting judgment.
- Deep commitment to talent density.
- Resourcefulness, speed, and enthusiasm for building systems from scratch.
- Ability to produce great outcomes without excessive process.
- Enjoyment of working with candidates and hiring managers.
