## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide analysis to support short- and long-term workforce planning decisions across the company.
- Own workforce planning tools, such as TeamOhana, to automate and streamline reporting and headcount processes.
- Partner with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, and Analytics teams to drive scalable analyses and insights.
- Define and maintain KPIs to measure the impact of strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- Manage the development, implementation, and administration of the financial forecasting system, Pigment.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting to improve processes, including month-end close and reporting.
- Implement enhancements to forecasting tools, processes, and reporting deliverables to reduce manual work and improve data integration.
- Support management and Board business and financial planning, presentations, and key analysis requests.
- Help execute financial strategies supporting company growth, including strategic and financial planning and budgeting.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of financial analysis experience working directly in Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance.
- Experience with financial forecasting tools such as Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan; implementation experience is a bonus.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to manage and manipulate large datasets.
- Ability to critically analyze existing processes and identify process-improvement opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite.
- Expert Excel modeling skills.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve financial processes, reporting, or forecasting efficiency.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$148,000–$185,000 USD**.
- Compensation may include base salary, equity, and benefits.
