## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Construct the sales playbook and scale founder-led sales motion.
- Bring GTM instincts as a consultative partner to prospects.
- Run full B2B sales cycle: outbound, qualification, demos, pilots, deal close, handoff to support.
- Flex into account management: support accounts, renewals, upsells.
- Shape GTM narrative: craft messaging, refine pitch.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering on product roadmap.
- Drive predictable pipeline generation: outbound strategies, ICP refinement, enablement tools.
- Champion customer value and thread insights into product/GTM strategy.

## Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years quota-carrying sales experience, ideally at startup or high-growth SaaS.
- Experience selling B2B SaaS, AI tooling, or workflow automation.
- Background conducting technical demos, proofs of concept, guiding implementations.
- Success managing full-cycle deals and closing revenue.
- Strong written communication and storytelling.
- High attention to detail, manage expectations, objection handling.
- Bias towards execution in high-ambiguity environments.
- Founder mindset: proactive, resourceful.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as sales engineer/solutions engineer supporting deals end-to-end.
- Founding GTM team experience.
- Building revenue operations systems (sales playbooks, CRM, outbound infrastructure).
- Familiar with HubSpot, Loops.so, Clay, Relay.

## Compensation
- $250k - $300k OTE (50% base, 50% variable) + equity.
- No cap on commission if quota exceeded.
