## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Manage a team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects across Central & Eastern Europe and the United Kingdom, setting direction and enabling high-quality execution.
- Act as a player-coach on strategic opportunities, building executive relationships and coaching the team through complex sales cycles.
- Guide technical evaluations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements, translating customer needs into technical and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management teams.
- Manage dotted-line relationships with Channel Solutions Architects and subject matter experts.
- Maintain operational discipline across workload planning, resource allocation, headcount planning, opportunity forecasting, and field execution.
- Define and track team performance indicators, communicating progress, risks, and priorities.
- Hire, develop, and retain Solutions Architects while building a scalable regional organization.

## Requirements

- Experience managing technical teams in software or technology sales, pre-sales, consulting, or a related environment across Central Europe.
- Strong solution architecture background or comparable practical experience, with the ability to connect technical depth to customer business value.
- Proven success developing, mentoring, and scaling Solutions Architecture practices or similar customer-facing technical organizations.
- Strong communication and technical presentation skills across cultures and technical and business audiences.
- Business acumen and sound judgment balancing technical excellence with commercial outcomes.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and partnering with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, Product, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience building inclusive, high-performing teams and accountable operating practices in a distributed or remote environment.
- Curiosity about AI and experience incorporating AI tools into daily work.
- Willingness to travel according to business needs and company policy.
