## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Brief YouTube and Instagram creators on campaigns tied to live news cycles and market events.
- Own the deliverable pipeline across active partnerships, tracking due dates, revisions, approvals, and go-live timing.
- Quality-assure videos before publication, identifying messaging gaps, factual errors, and brand inconsistencies.
- Coordinate approvals and simultaneous creator launches to ensure timely, correctly sequenced publication.
- Build relationships with creators and talent teams to encourage prioritization and repeat partnerships.
- Negotiate creator rates and contract terms, structuring deals around measurable distribution outcomes.
- Report on deliverable performance and identify high-impact creators and formats.

## Requirements
- 4+ years managing paid partnerships with large YouTube or Instagram creators across multiple simultaneous deals.
- Experience managing high volumes of video deliverables across a sizable creator roster.
- Direct experience negotiating and closing creator or influencer contracts, including rates and terms.
- Strong project management and pipeline-tracking skills.
- Ability to write clear creative briefs on short timelines, particularly for breaking-news campaigns.

## Nice-to-haves
- Existing relationships with large creators or talent management teams in news, politics, or finance.
- Familiarity with creator contract structures and standard YouTube and Instagram integration rate benchmarks.
