## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process (specifically for april Pro and high volume recruitment), including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Gather and organize feedback from interviewers to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist with developing creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

## Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment is a major plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-building approach.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms (Ashby is a plus).
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn.
- Passion for building amazing and collaborative teams.
- Located within EST timezone.
