## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Enforce the post-sales services engagement model so every enterprise deal has clear scope and boundaries before kickoff.
- Validate services scope, timeline commitments, complexity signals, and migration readiness.
- Ensure every enterprise customer go-live establishes a foundation for increased AI credit usage, renewals, and expansions.
- Own customer onboarding from deal close through go-live execution and the first 14 days post-launch.
- Resolve customer technical concerns related to platform capabilities.
- Maintain the quality bar for migration completion by vendors and provide hands-on migration support when vendors cannot execute.

## Requirements
- Hands-on technical experience, including comfort with GitHub, writing code, debugging, and clear technical thinking.
- Experience building non-trivial AI automations.
- Ability to manage 10+ competing priorities.
- Prior experience on live customer calls, or exceptional motivation to develop in this area.
- Strong project management skills and an ownership mentality.
- Ability to work independently with little oversight and continuously improve processes.
