## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of connector products and contribute to strategic decisions for portfolio growth and revenue optimization.
- Accelerate the connector roadmap through AI-driven development.
- Use data, customer research, and market insights to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing the product roadmap.
- Define and track product health metrics to ensure connectors meet customer needs and product principles.
- Drive clarity and alignment on complex or ambiguous product problems.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to stakeholders.
- Evangelize product initiative success internally and externally.

## Requirements
- Track record of shipping SaaS products that deliver measurable results.
- Experience leveraging LLMs and AI for varied tasks.
- Ability to translate complex details into clear requirements and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer empathy and a focus on delivering significant customer value.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand the broader product context.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience using analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
- Alignment with product team values of curiosity, ownership, collaboration, kindness, and integrity.

## Nice to Have
