## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and configure scalable solutions based on client requirements.
- Lead or contribute to configuration for multiple customer projects.
- Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements.
- Review requirements and ensure solutions meet them.
- Configure client-facing structural and functional applications, troubleshoot errors, manipulate data, and perform transformations.
- Participate in client-facing design reviews, working sessions, presentations, and training.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, testing teams, and other project team members.
- Analyze client feedback and support implementation initiatives, project delivery, and knowledge transfer.

## Requirements
- Experience configuring and solutioning on Salesforce platforms, including exposure to end-to-end project implementation lifecycles.
- Ability to design scalable solutions and perform system configuration.
- Experience working in collaborative project teams.
- Experience authoring requirements, design documentation, and related project and system documentation.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills across complex enterprise project lifecycles, including pre-sales, requirements gathering, design and build, validation, and deployment.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to a strong work ethic.
- Ability to use AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Cursor to improve productivity, workflows, and decision-making.

## Nice to Have
- Salesforce certification.
- Consulting experience.
- Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience interacting with, managing, or building AI agentic workflows.
