## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing performance data across the EMEA region to identify trends, successes, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations to marketing leadership and align strategies with regional revenue goals.
- Collaborate with sales strategy and analytics, global marketing, and customer engagement teams.
- Promote advanced analytics, marketing technologies, and data-driven innovation in marketing practices.
- Create and deliver presentations and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.

## Requirements
- At least 5 years of analytical experience.
- Fluency in analytics tools such as Python, Looker, SQL, and Tableau.
- 3+ years of using data to uncover insights and communicate recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborative approach and strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
- Creative and strategic mindset focused on data-driven marketing improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience working with AI products such as LLMs, copilots, retrieval-augmented generation applications, or workflow tools.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience building or co-building a marketing mix modeling (MMM) model, or partnering with an MMM/data science team.
- B2B marketing analytics, consulting, or agency experience.
- Experience working across multiple regions or in a global, matrixed organization.
