## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality, scalable full-stack products that integrate state-of-the-art ML models
- Take products end-to-end: shape requirements, design architecture, deploy to external users, and iterate based on feedback
- Own production systems including on-call rotations, troubleshooting, and analyzing logs/metrics
- Collaborate closely with ML researchers, Product, and Partnerships teams
- Work on projects like automated model development for Earth observation and multi-tenant agent orchestration platforms

## Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in industry (internships and research do not count)
- Experience as a generalist engineer across web applications, data pipelines, distributed systems, and modern cloud tooling
- Track record of shipping production software with ownership over systems and user-facing applications
- Proficiency using modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, agentic workflows) to accelerate development
- Ability to write clear technical plans, give/receive feedback, and guide stakeholders

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at small or growth-stage companies with end-to-end ownership
- Hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling ML models in production
- Strong opinions on software engineering practices including testing, code review, and build systems
- Demonstrated technical depth through open-source contributions, writing, talks, or side projects
- Open to occasional international travel
