## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and continuously improve the reporting engine, including underlying data models, infrastructure, reporting, and forecasting processes.
- Partner with relevant teams to resolve upstream CRM design, process, and data-quality issues.
- Own quarterly business review processes, analyze large and complex datasets, and present findings and recommendations to go-to-market leadership.
- Support revenue planning, quota and target setting, including capacity-based quota analysis, attainment and distribution analysis, and recurring quarterly target updates.
- Investigate open-ended business questions, selecting the appropriate data, methodology, and analytical depth to produce decision-ready answers.
- Build internal tools with AI-assisted development while balancing speed, accuracy, maintainability, and security.
- Translate business problems into requirements, decision logic, and success criteria, and drive execution with Business Systems, Data Engineering, and partner teams.

## Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Analytics, Business Operations, or a highly analytical operating role.
- Experience investigating open-ended business questions and determining suitable data, methodologies, and solutions.
- Fluency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Systems mindset with the ability to anticipate edge cases, understand downstream impacts, and design scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools, agentic AI workflows, and critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.
- Strong analytical judgment and business judgment.
- Executive-ready communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with forecasting, revenue planning, quota planning, executive reporting, or related Revenue Operations processes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reports, objects, and underlying data structures.
- Experience building reports and dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau.

## Nice to Have
- Python experience.
- Experience with go-to-market tools such as Clay.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $120,000–$145,000 in New York City.
- May be eligible for variable compensation through a company incentive bonus.
