## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute design work across brand experiences, campaigns, and events (e.g. .local, Mindshare Brand Campaigns, AWS re:Invent, SKO)
- Participate in concepting, ideation, and system development for high-impact initiatives, translating brand strategy into scalable visual systems across print, digital, motion, and environmental applications
- Own design execution end-to-end, from early concept through delivery; serve as key communicator across internal teams, agencies, and contractors
- Provide system documentation, visual storytelling guidance, direction, and feedback to ensure alignment and consistent execution of brand systems
- Build and maintain enablement resources (templates, documentation, guidance) for teams across the organization to apply the brand confidently
- Maintain and evolve core brand systems including typography, iconography, logo usage, color, and layout frameworks; keep brand libraries, Figma resources, templates, icons, and brand book up to date
- Collaborate with adjacent design teams (events, social, web, product) and specialty disciplines (animation, illustration) to ensure consistency and develop specialized assets

## Skills & Expertise
- Strong fluency across print, digital, motion, and event design systems
- Expert in event environmental and campaign design, including large-scale brand moments
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe and Figma systems, libraries, and scalable brand documentation
- Clear communicator of design rationale, systems, and constraints to creative and non-creative stakeholders
- Ability to operate as both a hands-on designer and a strategic partner in a collaborative environment

## Requirements
- BFA or MA/MS degree in design, art and design or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of design experience; high performer ready to transition into a senior role or with 1-2 years in a senior role
- Portfolio focused on event design, campaigns, layout, design systems, and visual storytelling

- Consistent lateral thinking on large projects, identifying gaps, potential conflicts, and tying back to team goals
