## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Bridge Roe’s AI-powered data platform with real customer problems in risk and compliance.
- Design and deliver tailored solutions for sophisticated customers, including Fortune 500 companies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering, and influence product direction with customer feedback.
- Create solution documentation, demo assets, and technical materials that scale customer success.

## Requirements
- Enjoy being customer-facing and technical — explaining complex systems in simple, convincing ways.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions.
- Comfortable working across **SQL**, **APIs**, cloud infrastructure (**AWS/GCP/Azure**), and modern data stacks.
- Curious about **AI**, **LLMs**, and agent-based systems.
- Write clearly, speak confidently, and adapt communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of **AI/ML** concepts, particularly natural language processing and unstructured data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar client-facing technical role.

## Compensation
Base pay range: **$80,000 – $100,000** per year.
