## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders under guidance, ensuring correct SKUs and quantities.
- Follow packing standards to minimize damage during transit.
- Enter fulfillment data accurately into internal systems.
- Assist in staging shipments and preparing boxes for carrier pickup.
- Support inventory put-aways, bin organization, and cycle counts.
- Report order or inventory discrepancies promptly to senior team members.
- Follow all warehouse safety and handling procedures.
- Participate in training on shipping systems and tools.
- Deliver high-quality, accurate work by adhering to SOPs, SLAs, and checklists.
- Review and verify outcomes before submission.
- Identify and address process gaps or errors to drive continuous improvement.

## Requirements
- 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn fulfillment processes.
- Basic understanding of shipping workflows and warehouse organization.
- Ability to follow step-by-step processes and maintain accuracy.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- High school diploma or GED required.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with shipping tools (UPS WorldShip, ShipStation).
- Eagerness to learn NetSuite and related systems.
- Experience in fintech or SaaS environments.
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Additional languages.
